419 Happy Hour ("we", "us") runs 419happyhour.com, a free guide to happy hour deals in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we never sell your information.
What we collect

You never need to give your name, email or phone number to browse deals or submit one.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If you choose "Accept analytics", we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits. If you choose "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with , also linked at the bottom of every page.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores submissions and runs Turnstile, a check that tells people and spam bots apart on the submission form. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap provides the map images. When you open a map, your browser loads them from OpenStreetMap's servers, which see your IP address. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
- An email service sends the weekly email. We'll name it here once it's set up.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
Some listings are marked "Featured partner". Those bars pay for placement. We don't share your information with advertisers. If we add third-party ad networks in the future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to remove a deal you submitted, or your initials from it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete information about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Age
This site is about bars and alcohol deals and is meant for adults of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
